The Collective Incubator brings students, researchers and companies together. As a central innovation platform in Aachen, the Collective Incubator offers university start-ups and student initiatives infrastructure and versatile support. This includes a co-working space with state-of-the-art office and conference rooms, our large and diverse makerspace for prototype development as well as numerous events and training opportunities.

Our vision is to build the leading tech incubator in Europe. To achieve this, our student team works in seven departments:

Incubation Management

Support student initiatives and their work with resources, advice, events and your innovative ideas.

Partnership Management

Acquire new partners or manage existing corporate partnerships. Here you can gain creative experience in sales and make exciting contacts.

Event Management

Our community thrives on exchange and collaboration. Nowhere does this work better than at cool and enriching events. Create new event concepts and oversee them from planning to realisation.

Community Management

Here you help the community to make the most of our offers and services. Help new teams find their feet, develop new offerings and take the Collective Incubator to a new level.

Public Relations

We want every student in Aachen to know about the Collective Incubator and be motivated to become part of our community. To do this, we need dedicated PR managers who can draw attention to us through social media and many other channels. Here you can gain and optimise experience in photography, videography, design and marketing.

Human Resources

Every team needs support from time to time. To make the Collective Incubator as successful as possible, the HR managers ensure a good atmosphere, look for motivated new members, organise further training and much more.

IT-Team

Our community and all services are organised completely digitally via the Collective Incubator Cloud. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, new functions are implemented and bugs are fixed quickly, we need members who are familiar with IT or want to learn a lot of new skills and put them into practice.
